CCC tournament 195lb #9 seed Iziah Medina of New Britain upset (pin) #1 seed R. Green of Platt. A few injuries at this weight and also Bristol Eastern is not participating due to possible disciplinary issues.
147 lb Travion Neives (2 seed) upset by 7th seed Josh Vitti of Southington. No other major upsets and most higher seeds prevailing.
