I would add Cooper morrissette (KIllingly) to 120. It appears Mike charon is staying at 113

At 106 Brault has had some good wins might consider to move him to #1 but very close call

At 126 Washburn is wrestling 32 would move him to #4 would add in New Fairfield kid Anderson at 5

At 138 in Raine beat Cimino I would move him to #2

At 145 missing Minivich from East Lyme he got 2nd last year and placed in opens 5th I think. He was out early part of year but back now. I would put him #2 behind Veleas.

At 152 I'd have Adams 1 and McCourt 2 but similar to 106 close call

Raine beat Cimino by Injury default. you can't really count that for rankings.

@BeWater Ah I didn't know that, agreed you can't count that one for rankings

I don't have any clue what to rank him but Adam Crawford from Ledyard will be on the podium at 170.

Hayden Minski 285 Ellis Tech should be ranked 2nd. He is 16-2 and beat Roark 2-1.

One of 2 losses is to Bernier of Killingly right? Listed at 220 but has been at heavy all year

yes Bernier is 15-2 and should be ranked in top few as well. Possibly 2nd above Minski. Thanks for pointing that out. It looks like Class M heavy will have some great matches at states.

    At 138 Raine beat Stabile(brookfield), and Fillion(Notre Dame-West haven)

At 145 Minivich should be #2 or #1. I know I posted this earlier as well but he did get 2nd at M's at 145 last year and placed at opens. Not sure why he is ranked 4th

@bst I would guess it's because he's had a shortened year, and is 10-4 since he came back? Losses to Roberts and Nieves probably have less of an impact than two losses to Ryan Powers from Lyman/Windham. I have never seen Powers wrestle, and nobody has brought him up in terms of ranking at 152 in M. There just is no way with him coming off an injury that you could put him ahead of Veleas. Swett I don't know, but jumped to #2 when he was moved from Class S, and Klein-Wassink finished 3rd in M's last year. I wouldn't characterize that as a gross mis-seeding. Final seedings are always from state results anyway.

@mophie Thanks lots of good info and analysis. Agree Veleas #1, and as you say final seedings will be based on states. Good weight class for sure at M's pretty deep. I think Powers should be ranked in S for sure based on wins over Minivich.

at 145 Fedorko won Law tourney beating Alex Klein Wassink. Think they have split this year but Fedorko should probably move up as won the tourney over Massey from Hamden Hall who is pretty good and Klein Wassink didn't place. Rodriguez from Law was 3rd at same tourney so should move up as well. Wassink and Fedorko likely to meet again this week in SWC's. at 120 Alvarez from Barlow won the Law tourney with Devito of East Haven 3rd so Alvarez should move up ahead in the rankings.

Zach johns should be ranked higher than 5th, kid has only lost to Eli Cyr in state competition wise. Washburn has also beaten 6 ranked wrestlers at 32 and is 4th. Interesting Jackson Archer isn't ranked for 26...

Agree Archer should be ranked for sure. Washburn has looked good, any idea what happened to him in final last week at Bobcat classic as he lost by default in final. Hopefully not hurt.

Archer is listed at #2 in S at 126. Lyman is in M's. I dont know anything else about him as far as wins and losses, so i dont know where he should be ranked. I would move zach johns up one over Prather at 113. I would add morrisette to 120 and I would add stober from lyman as well (HM) ALvarez should be ahead of Davito since he just beat him at 120

Archer is a bit overrated, no offense. I call it like I see it. He’s fortunate enough to have a vacancy in class “M”. Not sure why EAST HAVEN is ranked so high.
