Congrats to Danbury! Great two days of wrestling despite the efforts by the officials. #1 - Can we get some kind of consistency as to what is out of bounds and what is not? You see this every weekend - but you shouldn't see this at the CT Open. #2 - Is stalling not enforced at the CT Open? I watched maybe 100 of the 600 matches and saw maybe 5 stalling warnings and a total of 1 stalling point awarded.
